The following words and terms used in this document carry specific meanings, which apply in the relevant context.

1.1 Key Definitions

• "jitawin" or "Platform" — The jitawinlogin.cam website and all services, mobile apps and digital channels under it.
• "Member" or "User" — Any person who operates an active account registered on jitawin.
• "Account" — The digital profile that stores a member's personal information, balance and transaction history.
• "Wallet" — The virtual account holding a member's deposited funds and bonus balance.
• "Bonus" — An additional amount credited to a member's wallet by jitawin, subject to specified terms and conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The minimum total bet amount that must be placed before any winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "Services" — Casino games, sports betting, live dealer games and other entertainment activities provided through jitawin.

1.2 Language and Interpretation

These terms and conditions are written primarily in Bengali and the Bengali version is final and binding. Where interpretation is needed on any matter, the platform's decision will be considered final. jitawin reserves the sole right to interpret any unclear matter.

2.1 Age Limit and Eligibility

To register on the jitawin platform and use any of its services, a member must be at least 21 years of age. Any person who is unable to use online gaming services under applicable law may not open an account on this platform.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are created using the same device, IP address, payment method or identity document, they will be identified as duplicate accounts and each account may be permanently closed.

2.3 Registration Information

At the time of registration, the member must provide complete and accurate information. If any information needs to be changed, the member must notify jitawin support as soon as possible. jitawin reserves the right to suspend or close an account due to false or incomplete information.

2.4 Verification Process

jitawin reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. If the required documents are not provided within the specified time after a verification request, the account may be temporarily suspended and withdrawal requests will not be processed.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

jitawin currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Once a deposit transaction is successfully completed, the balance is added to the member's wallet.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals are available via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

3.3 Currency and Transaction Responsibility

All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). If incorrect information is provided for a member's mobile number or account at the time of a transaction, full responsibility lies with the member. jitawin is not liable for financial loss caused by incorrect information.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus and the total balance will be ৳2,200; before withdrawing, bets totalling ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be placed.

4.2 Terms for Other Bonuses

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is suspected, jitawin reserves the right to cancel any bonus and suspend or close the associated account. jitawin also reserves the right to deduct any bonus credited unintentionally due to a technical error.

4.4 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus has a set validity period. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be automatically cancelled. The original deposited amount will remain unaffected.

5.1 Validity of Game Results

The results of all games on the jitawin platform are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer method. If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, jitawin reserves the right to cancel that round and return the staked amount.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jitawin platform:

• Playing games using bots, scripts or automated software.
• Accessing another member's account without permission.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Collusion or coordinated bonus exploitation across multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for fraud or money laundering.

5.3 Technical Disruptions

jitawin is not liable for game session interruptions caused by loss of internet connection, device crashes or other technical issues. In such situations, the data stored in the system will be considered final.

6.1 VIP Tiers

jitawin has four VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold and 0.8% at Platinum.

6.2 Cashback Calculation

Weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses for the week (total losses minus total winnings). For example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback.

6.3 Conditions for VIP Tier Changes

Members can move to a higher VIP tier through regular and active participation. Similarly, a VIP tier may be reduced due to prolonged inactivity or a breach of the rules. jitawin reserves the right to change VIP terms and conditions.

7.1 Setting Limits

Members can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once a limit is reduced, it takes effect immediately; when increased, a waiting period may apply.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

A member who wishes to can exclude themselves from the platform for a set period or permanently. A self-exclusion request can be made through jitawin live chat. There is no option to reactivate an account while a self-exclusion is active.

7.3 Minor Protection

It is very important to keep anyone under 21 away from gaming. If a family member believes a minor is accessing this platform, they are requested to notify our support immediately. jitawin reserves the right to investigate any suspected minor account and close it.

8.3 Cookies

9.1 Grounds for Suspension by jitawin

jitawin may temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or fraudulent information.
• Bonus abuse or operating multiple accounts.
• Suspicious activity related to money laundering or fraud.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• Being identified as a minor.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

A member who wishes to close their account voluntarily may contact support. Before the account is closed, the member will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance; however, any bonus balance will be cancelled.

9.3 Balance of Closed Accounts

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the bonus balance and in some cases the main balance may be forfeited. jitawin's decision on this matter is final.

10.1 Support Channels

jitawin provides live chat and email support seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Support is available in both Bengali and English.

10.2 How to Submit a Complaint

If you have a complaint, please first contact support via live chat. If it is not resolved through live chat, a detailed complaint can be sent by email. After receiving a complaint, jitawin will investigate as quickly as possible and notify the member.

10.3 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute over a game result or financial transaction, the logs and records stored in the system will be treated as the final evidence. jitawin's decision is final and binding on all parties.

11.1 Service Availability

jitawin cannot guarantee uninterrupted service on the platform. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, server upgrades, network issues or other reasons. jitawin is not liable for any financial loss suffered by users during such periods.

11.2 Third-Party Services

The jitawin platform uses services from third-party game providers and payment processors. jitawin is not directly liable for the quality or errors of these third-party services, but will cooperate in resolving member issues.

11.3 Maximum Liability Limit

In any situation, jitawin's liability is limited to the total amount deposited by the relevant member in the preceding 30 days. jitawin is not liable for any indirect, special or incidental loss beyond direct loss.

12.1 Right to Amend

jitawin reserves the right to amend, change, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

12.2 Notice

For significant changes, jitawin will try to notify members by displaying a notice on the login page or by informing them via their registered email. However, it is the member's own responsibility to stay aware of any changes.

12.3 Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
